Town council meetings and all its committee meetings are open to the public. Full details about the time and location of meetings are published on the town notice board which is on the wall by the entrance to the Market Hall.

Town Council meeting - Monday 9th January 2012 at 7.15pm - Market Hall - planning application C11 2864 Land between Rendham Road and A12 Rendham Road will be discussed.

Planning Meeting - Webster Room - 6th February 2012

Market Hall - Webster Room- As necessary

Finance committee meeting - Webster Room - as necessary
