Saxmundham News
The Town Council have
been publishing a quarterly newsletter that was distributed to all
the residents of Saxmundham. In January 2008 this was published
in colour and in a smaller size.
In July 2011 we decided
on a 'new look' which is now published monthly and has reverted
to A4 size. This means that you will get more topical, up-to-date
news about local events and issues than before and there will also
be room for a wider range of topics including letters and articles
on points of interest. But remember - we welcome good news
as well as bad - and praise, where it is due, as well as criticism.
Your input can help the Town Council plan for the future:
If you don't tell us what you like - or dislike - it is difficult
to make decisions about how the town can move forward, or alter
those aspects of life in our town which bother and concern you.
Saxmundham News is a forum for you
- so please use it and help us to provide an even better and effective
service for all residents: keep your contributions coming in to
the Town Clerk but remember that publiclation date is the 2nd Monday
in each month with a deadline for receipt of copy two weeks before.
2000 copies are delivered
on a door to door basis so If you do not receive a copy of the Saxmundham
News please contact the Town Clerk on 01728 604595 or email her
on townclerk@saxmundham.suffolk.gov.uk
Keep in touch - we look
forward to hearing from you.
