Saxmundham Town Council is currently developing a new website which we hope will be running in a few months time. Meanwhile this website will remain available for historical data but because of technical difficulties with the maintenance of it we have a temporary website for current papers.
This information featured on
the website relies on the various groups and bodies updating us
with any changes. If you wish to notify us with a change, please
contact the Town Clerk.

of Suffolk's Heritage Coast region and is ideally located for you
to visit the many attractions in the area. Saxmundham is well served
for shops and banks, and the town has two caravan and camping sites,
as well as several excellent hotels, guest houses and B&Bs. There's
also a market every Wednesday.

coastline, several important nature reserves & areas of outstanding
natural beauty, many historic sites, and the seaside resorts of
Felixstowe, Aldeburgh, Southwold and Great Yarmouth.

Trust and already has become one of their top attractions in the
UK. The RSPB has its main visitor centre and bird reserve at Minsmere
