DESCRIPTION:The Bus is a mobile one-stop shop for health and wellbeing support in Ipswich and east Suffolk. Anyone is welcome to visit the Bus and you do not need an appointment – simply turn up at the advertised time. \nThe Bus will be open 10am-3pm and located at Tesco Superstore\, 1 Church St\, Saxmundham IP17 1EP. \nOrganisations that will be on the Bus include: \n\nChristies Care Ltd\nWellbeing Suffolk\nCommunity Enterprise Catalyst\nThe Art Station\n\nOn-board\, you will find a knowledgeable team made up of people from lots of different health\, care and community organisations. Depending on your needs\, our crew will either offer you help and advice there and then or signpost you to an organisation best-placed to help. \nUsing existing knowledge from the Integrated Neighbourhood Team\, Population Health Management and Core 20 Plus 5\, we are focused on\, but not limited to\, providing space on the Be Well Bus to services to work within the following areas: \n  \n\nMental health\nFalls prevention\nOpioid prescribing\nChild deprivation\nAge friendly community\nDementia and cognitive decline
