Draft Strategic Plan: Your chace to shape Saxmundham's future
Saxmundham Town Council have been working to write a long-term strategic plan. This document sets out the Town Council’s priorities, providing a structured framework to guide the town’s future development.
The Plan defines key areas of focus, concentrating on aspects where the Town Council has direct responsibility including community services, local infrastructure, and civic engagement. However, we recognise that certain responsibilities lie with other public sector bodies. In these cases, we will act as a strong advocate, working collaboratively to influence decisions and secure the best outcomes for Saxmundham’s residents.
The draft Strategic Plan is now available to view on our website or in key locations around the town. We now want to hear from the people who live, work and visit Saxmundham to gain as much feedback as possible before the final version is adopted. Now is the time for you to shape the future of Saxmundham!
