New Tree at the Town House
The local Women’s Institute planted a Paper Birch at the Town House. The tree will be part of landscaping improvements at the train station and the Town House.
The WI has a long and proud history of taking action to protect the environment. In recent times, more and more WI members have decided to take action on climate change. Planting trees in the local community is a small local step that is being promoted across the country.
