Steve Peck
I have lived in Suffolk for over 45 years and have worked across the region and internationally as an actor and puppeteer. Alongside this, I am a Human Givens-trained psychotherapist, a Gottman couples counsellor, and I hold a BSc in Organisational Psychology from the University of Essex. Alongside my wife, I am co-owner of Socialbar in Saxmundham High Street – a practical expression of the belief that prosperous communities depend on relationship skills, and shared vision.
I became a Councillor for Saxmundham Town Council because I care deeply about the future of the town and the wellbeing of the people who live here. I want to support a strong, connected community where people feel heard and public services are accessible to everyone. Drawing on my background in wellbeing and organisational development, I hope to help guide positive change, support a thriving high street, and ensure Saxmundham continues to adapt and grow in ways that benefit the whole community.
