Amenities and Grounds Committee

The Amenities and Grounds Committee deal with all matters of general grounds, premises, amenities and services within Saxmundham over which the Town Council has ownership, control or influence.  This excludes the Market Hall which is overseen by a separate committee.  The Amenities and Grounds Committee meets every 6 weeks as required and has delegated authority to deal with matters relating to notice boards, public dog & waste bins, The Memorial Field, play parks and equipment, signage, Town Council buildings and more.
